Data flows within those systems are governed by the client’s own agreements with those platforms and by the scope defined in our engagement agreement.

We retain contact information and audit report content for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. This includes encrypted storage, access controls limited to personnel who need the information to perform their work, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
